Green Tea and Fat Lost.....



A lot of studies have shown green tea has great potential for gaining up your metabolism and burning fat off your body. Green tea extract is a source of caffeine, and often often replaces the caffeine component in the fat burner compilation.

That makes it a decent quality fat burner in and of itself. After 3 months, the study showed that the men who drank the green tea extract lost more weight (5.3 pounds vs. 2.9 pounds) and experienced a significantly greater decrease in BMI, waist size, and total body fat.
